This site is operated by Exodus Biotechnologies LLC, doing business as Exodus Research ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing exodusresearch.co, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do. Orders are governed by the Terms in force on the date the order was placed.

Every compound sold on this site is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and preclinical study. Nothing sold here is a drug, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic, or a food.

Our products are not for human or veterinary consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for any form of clinical application. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.

By ordering, you represent that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes, that you are qualified and equipped to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will not administer them to any person or animal. You accept sole responsibility for lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal once the order is delivered.

We make no therapeutic claims about any product. Statements found elsewhere on the internet about a compound are not our statements and are not endorsed by us.

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The site presents an age confirmation before you can browse, and an account is required to view the catalog.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may not order if the law where you live prohibits you from receiving these materials. It is your responsibility to know your local law.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and take payment. We may decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, if we cannot verify the buyer, if stock is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we believe the order is intended for a prohibited use.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price you pay is the price calculated on our servers at checkout, which controls over any figure displayed elsewhere. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

If a product is unavailable after you have paid, our Refund and Returns Policy governs what happens next.

We accept ACH electronic check and Zelle. Available methods are shown at checkout and may change over time.

You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit. Orders ship once payment has cleared. A payment that is returned, reversed, or disputed without cause may result in cancellation of the order and suspension of your account.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at info@exodusresearch.co or (928) 232-6487. We will investigate promptly and correct genuine errors. Most disputes are resolved faster this way than through your bank.

Shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery terms are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided.

You are responsible for entering a correct, deliverable address. We are not responsible for packages delivered as addressed to an address you entered incorrectly.

You agree not to:

• Resell, relabel, or redistribute our products for human or veterinary use
• Represent our products as drugs, supplements, or treatments
• Use the site to place fraudulent orders or to test stolen payment credentials
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract site content or pricing
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site

We may suspend or close any account that violates this section, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

The site, its text, images, product photography, certificates, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

We publish a certificate of analysis for the compounds we sell. Our commitment is that the material you receive matches the identity and purity stated on that certificate.

Beyond that, products are supplied "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Because research materials are used in conditions we do not control, we cannot warrant any particular experimental result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of a product in a manner prohibited by these Terms, including any use in or on a human or animal.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, contact us. We will make a genuine effort to resolve the issue directly.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
