Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to get it deleted.

Effective August 18, 2026

1. Who this covers

This policy explains how Exodus Biotechnologies LLC handles personal information collected through exodusresearch.co. It applies to visitors, account holders, and customers.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, account password, and anything you write to us in a support message or order note. Practitioner and affiliate applicants provide additional business details.

Payment information. When you pay by ACH, you enter your bank account and routing number at checkout. That information passes through our systems to our payment processor and is never stored in our database and never written to our logs. We retain only the processor's transaction reference. We do not accept or store card numbers.

Order information. What you bought, when, how much you paid, and the shipment tracking number.

Technical information. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device type, and campaign parameters. Our analytics are first party and self hosted. We do not load third party advertising or analytics scripts on the checkout page.

3. Why we use it

  • To take, process, and ship your order
  • To send order confirmations, shipping notices, and delivery updates
  • To operate your account and verify who is signing in
  • To answer support requests
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
  • To send marketing email or SMS, only if you opted in

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the business. Each is bound to use it only to provide their service:

  • Our payment processor, to take payment
  • Our shipping and label provider, to deliver your order and provide tracking
  • Our email provider, to send order and account messages
  • Our SMS provider, to send verification codes and delivery notices
  • Our hosting and database providers, which store the data described above

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

If the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be told if that happens.

5. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security enforced. Data is encrypted at rest by our database provider and backed up daily.

Access is enforced at the database layer, not only in the application, so records are only returned to the account entitled to see them. Administrative access is limited to a small number of staff accounts, and two factor authentication is available on accounts.

We run an automated daily security review that probes our own systems for misconfiguration and alerts us to new issues.

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and recording that you confirmed your age.

We also record basic first party analytics about how the site is used. We do not use third party advertising cookies on this site. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and sign in will stop working if you do.

7. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for at least seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account records are kept while your account is open. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for three years.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Delete your account and personal information
  • Stop sending you marketing
  • Provide a copy of your data in a portable format

Email info@exodusresearch.co from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Deletion has limits. We must keep transaction records required by tax law even after an account is closed. In that case we delete what we can and retain only what we are required to hold.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message, and stop marketing SMS by replying STOP.

9. Children

This site is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have, we delete it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your information, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
