Qualified Researchers Agreement

By entering exodusresearch.co and by placing any order, you confirm each of the following:

1. I am at least 21 years of age.
2. I am a qualified researcher, or I am purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution, laboratory, or professional with the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely.
3. I will use any products purchased strictly for lawful in-vitro research, and will not use, administer, or provide them for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical use, or any other bodily application.
4. I will not resell, repackage, or distribute products for human or veterinary use, or market them in any way that contradicts their research-only designation.
5. I understand Exodus Research provides no medical advice, dosing information, or guidance on human use, and nothing on this site should be read as such.
6. I will store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and standard laboratory safety practices.
7. I accept full responsibility for my use of any product and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exodus Research, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or breach of these terms.
8. I understand Exodus Research may refuse or cancel any order, or terminate access, if it believes a purchaser intends non-research use or has provided false information. Misrepresentation of my qualifications or intended use voids any purchase and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

These terms are incorporated into the Exodus Research Terms and Conditions and apply to every purchase. Where this agreement and the Terms cover the same ground, both apply; nothing here narrows the research-use-only condition set out there.

Exodus Biotechnologies LLC, doing business as Exodus Research, may update this agreement. Orders are governed by the version in force on the date the order was placed.
